Caloosa Preserve is a beautiful riverfront community located just 25 minutes “upstream” from Fort Myers near Alva with room left for a handful of riverfront homes.  The beauty of Caloosa Preserve is unparalleled.  Huge oak trees with Spanish moss are sprinkled throughout the gated subdivision.  Wildlife abounds. A rare Florida panther was once spotted wandering the meandering streets of the neighborhood. It is not uncommon to find birds of prey eating their daily catch from the Caloosahatchee River.
